We are based in Oro Medonte, Ontario, Canada. We offer local pickup and ship across Canada and the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 CAD. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.95 CAD via Canada Post.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days within Canada via Canada Post. US orders may take a bit longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Oro Medonte, Ontario. Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout — it's completely free and a great option if you're nearby.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We ship to both Canada and the United States. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and final tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
